Rosemary Mustard Marinade
4 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. fresh Rosemary
ground sea salt and black pepper
This marinade is great to tenderize tougher cuts of steak and also good with lamb. Combine all ingredients (finely chop Rosemary and garlic) and marinate in a glass dish for 24-48 hours.
